The Model 680 microplate reader is used to measure absorbance from samples in flat-, U-, or V-bottom microplates. It features a 400-750 nm wavelength range, an 8-position filter wheel, and variable-speed plate shaking capability. It also performs an automatic calibration before each reading. This reader include temperature controller. We use this machine to quantify protein using calorimetric assay.
